Boulder Climbing Series

Join us at the BRC for Season Four of the Boulder Climbing Series – a fun and social climbing competition series. Featuring top-rope and lead climbing, the BCS is about challenging yourself in a friendly atmosphere – food, drinks and a raffle following each event! Results and season-long rankings will be posted here.

All ages and all abilities are welcome.

When Fridays, 5:30pm to 9pm
Where Boulder Rock Club, 2829 Mapleton
Who Anyone that wants to have fun (routes start at 5.9)
Cost $10 ($20 for non-BRC members)

Format Details Climbers are allowed three hours to climb, and are scored by the sum of their top three completed routes. Each route is worth three different point values, for flashing on lead (completion on the first attempt), for redpointing on lead (completion on any subsequent attempt), and flashing or redpointing on top-rope (completion on any attempt).

Divisions will be split by gender and age:

Three or more family members are needed for the family category. The family’s total points are divided by number in the family. Prizes awarded to top 3 families.

Event results and a season-long ranking will be posted here on the Monday following each event. The ranking is the sum of all comp scores earned during the season – overall season division winners will win a 6-month BRC membership!
